How to send a document for e-sign in Gmail with Docupile?

STEP 1

Open the Docupile login page. Enter your credentials (username & password) and click “Log In” to access your account.

STEP 2

Use the advanced full-text search function within Docupile to locate the specific document that requires an e-signature.

STEP 3

Click on the document. In the ‘View Document’ window, click on the ellipsis symbol located at the top-right corner. From the menu, select the ‘e-sign’ option.

STEP 4

In the new window, on the side menu, you’ll find options for adding fields like signature, date, etc. Drag and drop them at appropriate locations.

STEP 5

Click on the ‘Next’ button located at the bottom-right of the window. Give your e-signature template a name & click the ‘Save Template’ button.

STEP 6

In the new window enter the details of the person you wish to send the document for e-signature & click on the ‘Send for E-sign’ button.

STEP 7

The system will send an email containing a link to capture the e-signature using HelloSign by Dropbox – a service integrated in Docupile.

STEP 8

Once the recipient signs the document, it will automatically return as a signed version in the same folder as the original document in Docupile.
