Overview
The EDRMS Zoom Integration allows users to securely connect their Zoom account to the EDRMS platform. Once connected, users can view and import their Zoom meeting recordings directly into EDRMS for long-term storage, document indexing, and compliance management.
Step 1 – Connect Your Zoom Account

Log in to your EDRMS account.

Click on the ‘Upload’ button and navigate to Integrations → Zoom.

Click Connect Zoom.

You’ll be redirected to Zoom’s secure OAuth authorization page.

Log in with your Zoom credentials and click Authorize.

Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation message in EDRMS.
Step 2 – Import Zoom Recordings

After connecting, EDRMS automatically fetches your available Zoom Cloud Recordings.

Choose the recordings you wish to import.

Click Upload to EDRMS — the files will be securely downloaded, scanned, and stored in your document repository.

EDRMS will automatically tag recordings with meeting titles, participants, and dates for easy search.
Step 3 – Access Imported Recordings

Navigate to Documents → Zoom Recordings in your EDRMS dashboard.

You can search, view, and share recordings as per your organization’s access policy.

All recordings are encrypted and stored according to your retention settings.
Step 4 – Uninstall from Docupile

Log in to your EDRMS account.

Click on the ‘Upload’ button and navigate to Integrations → Zoom.

Click Disconnect Zoom.

Your Zoom OAuth token will be revoked, and access will be removed.
